LDC goes walkabout:
We have a group of keen walkers who meet regularly, usually the weekend after the monthly dinner. Friends take it in turn to organise and lead a Sunday walk and then retire to the pub for lunch.
Other events:
Attendees at dinners receive a copy of "The News" with info regarding other occasional events. Last year 30 members attended the Mayor's Ball at Bury Town Hall.
